I'm helping an end-user at my company with trying to install Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional 11.1.035 on his Windows 7 x64 computer. We try going to the Remote Activation Page at <A href="https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/RemoteActivation.aspx">https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/RemoteActivation.aspx</A>, but after entering the Activation Code and clicking the "Generate Unlock Code" button, we get an error stating "License is Expired". Any suggestions on how to proceed to troubleshoot this? Thanks.

User's license was originally procured on 4/29/10 and activated on his old machine. It was reimaged within the past two weeks due to hard drive failure, hence the need to try to reactivate it.
