Intel Realsense estimated Delivery date

Dear Mister, Madame,

My name is Maxim Geerinck and I am a Bachelor student at the College University HoGent (Belgium).

We have to write a Bachelor thesis about a certain topic, I would like to cover my topic with the usage of an Intel RealSense camera.
I would like to know if the camera could be delivered before the 22nd of January 2015. That’s the date when I would start covering my topic.

Please let me know if this is possible, I have already placed my reservation.

It is hard to know, as it depends on external companies and customs in your country.

I am sure there should be other areas that you can work on without the camera, and have everything ready once you receive it. You can also even emulate the camera by having a 640x480 image containing depth information in the form of XYZ in mm.

If you have not pre ordered the camera, I reckon you probably will not get it this month....
