    <description>&lt;P&gt;You just asked a bunch of questions that are way out of the scope of these forums.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. You will need to contact the school to see if they are willing to allow you to access their finance database. I am going to guess they will not.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. You will need to contact the schools database admin for details on this, if you get past #1.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3. You can upload a newsletter and have the app pull the remote content, but you need to get past 1 and 2 first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
