How send my ipa file to Itunes Connect for submission app, with a Windows OS ?

Do I need a third party software? Or is it possible with IntelXDK ?

Unfortunally, I dont´t discover any way to send with Windows. I have a friend that is doing it for me, each time I need (she has a Apple machine).

I saw some sites that do it. You need an paid account.

I you found a way, please, let me know.

There are a few paid sites out there that will send your ipa to apple. You must do it on a mac, using the latest Application Loader tool.

Apple used to have a web uploade that allowed you to do this, but as others have said, now you must have an Apple machine, which is irritating.
