Serguei,

I couldn't figure out what was going wrong with your support registration, so I did a reset of your account and access to the Intel(R) Premier Support should work now.

I had to create a new password (attached in a private communication). Please have a try.

Regards, Hubert.

Unable to register for Premier support

Hi,

We've recently purchased a commercial 2-seat floating licence for the Parallel Studio XE 2015 Cluster Edition, with an extra year of Premier support on top.

I've registered the licence and downloaded the installation and licence files with no problems on Jan 2nd. Now I am trying to register this licence for Premier support, and I am getting nowhere. I've followed the FAQ entry at:

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/performance-tools-for-software-developers-intel-premier-support/

and clicked on the "Get access" link on the licence management page at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/ViewLicense.aspx. This gets me an e-mail from intel.registration.center@intel.com, advising me to click on the embedded link in an hour. My first attempt was on Jan 2nd as well; I've tried again on Jan 7th (yesterday).

No matter how long I wait, clicking on that link goes to the "Account incomplete" error message at:

https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/AccountIncomplete.aspx?err=8005&app=0&pass=yes

To make things more interesting, following the "contact us" link in the FAQ (pointing to "https://registrationcenter.intel.com/support/") leads to a 403 HTTP error message - so I am left with no "official" way of asking for support.

That's kind of annoying, considering that we just paid nearly $20K for the privilege ...

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Serguei
