      <description>I have done that at least a dozen times in the last 2 days, I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least a dozen times. I have submitted a ticket only to get the answer visit  the forums for help. Very disappointing customer service from Intel.</description>

The product will not work properly on XP, must be Windows 7 and above. &lt;P&gt;Also, there is an obscure bug that causes the XDK to not run if the "global-settings.xdk" file is corrupt. If that is what is causing this problem, you'll want to ignore the part in the instructions about making a copy of that file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="font-size: 13.0080003738403px; line-height: 19.5120010375977px;"&gt;Do you see Intel XDK in the drop down (with blue icon)?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="font-size: 13.0080003738403px; line-height: 19.5120010375977px;"&gt;If so, click on it and it will launch the XDK.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="font-size: 13.0080003738403px; line-height: 19.5120010375977px;"&gt;To create a launch shortcut on your desktop, right click on Intel XDK and choose "pin to taskbar" option&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="font-size: 13.0080003738403px; line-height: 19.5120010375977px;"&gt;If you do not see Intel XDK in the drop down, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;
