Is there a way where I can use the device's bluetooth?

Maybe something like:

intel.xdk.device.someBluetoothCommand()

I want to connect two devices with each other and transfer number data between the two devices.

There is no XDK API for bluetooth, but you can use third-party plugin. For example : https://github.com/tanelih/phonegap-bluetooth-plugin
