Error malfunctioning device r200

Hi ,

I am using an r200 camera on a setup that totally works! had no problems.

Except --

When I use 1920 x 1080 in the camera viewer I get an error "malfunctioning device"

At the other resolutions it works fine ?

I am not at my computer right now.

I will post more details tonite when I get back to my computer.

I am on windows 10 with sdk 5.0

I also have a f200 that works completely fine - no problems yet.

Yeah when I get to my main computer, its when I am using the camera explorer.

Here is what I get when I select 1920x1080x30.

I dont think that is right.

Ok so I tried the 1280x720 and camera explorer gave the error

I tried it on my laptop with win 10 with the same sdk and it worked

so my main desktop workstation seems to work all around with the f200 but the r200 seems to be acting odd

when I go to anything over 640 width, where it basically malfunctions as it says in the image.

Let me know how to proceed with debugging

which error report would you need ?

I tried the r200 on another desktop this one is windows 8.1 and same result as the other desktop.

When I go above 640 in Camera Explorer it malfunctions and gives the error.

Is there something special with laptops for this camera ?

Is it not compatible over 640 on desktop ?
