Regarding App submitted - issue with RealSense Camera Connectivity

Hi,

I understand its too late, but i encountered a trouble when i ran the application in my friend's system.

That the app wont recognize Intel RealSense Camera connected unless the 'Intel RealSense Camera Virtual Driver' is disabled

in Device manager!

Please help me with the info on whether the 'Intel RealSense Camera Virtual Driver' will be enabled or disabled in system where apps are being run during judgement.

Worried so much :(

When systems have the integrated camera direct from the OEM, they will load the DCM and insure the camera is recognized.

If you are plugging a camera into a new system, you must install the DCM (available on the SDK download page). And your app must install the runtime since the SDK is not installed.
