    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I cannot access the Intel premier support page.&amp;nbsp; When I enter my Intel account user name and password this message is shown:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not Authorized to Access&lt;BR /&gt;
	You do not currently have access to the requested site.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I start at this web page, and follow the link to "Intel Premier Support":&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://software.intel.com/premier-support"&gt;https://software.intel.com/premier-support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am able to login to my Intel account and have checked that the registration center lists the Fortran compiler (Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows 2015), so it appears to be registered.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would like to access support to submit a ticket to get help with a Visual Studio integration problem.&lt;/P&gt;
