I'm trying to install it, but I have the next problem at the end of installation.

I have made a clean installation using the uninstall.sh files but I still have the same problem. I also have attached the both log files.

What's the operating system you use?

From the log file you attached, I noticed below error, which does not happen in a successful install:

1443464352 - : getMACaddresses: ioctl(SIOCGIFADDR): eth0 didn't work!
1443464352 - : getMACaddresses: ioctl(SIOCGIFADDR): eth1 didn't work!
1443464352 - : getMACaddresses: ioctl(SIOCGIFADDR): eth2 didn't work!
1443464352 - : getMACaddresses: ioctl(SIOCGIFADDR): eth3 didn't work!
1443464352 - : getMACaddresses: eth4 works!
1443464352 - : send_user_stat: mac_address=6HYT
1443464352 - ERROR: : send_user_stat: unable to init CURL library

Please try install the curl library. See: http://curl.haxx.se/

This was identified as an installer issue. It is targeting to be fixed in 2016 Update 1.
