Intel software manager does not show products renewal

Iìve an Intel parallel studio 2013 renewd to a parattej studio 2015,

I want to download the updates, with intel sw manager

but it does not show the new sw list, that is instead shown in the registration center

I would like to hold the automatic sw update feature

Please restart the Intel® Software Manager via the System Tray Icon -> right-click -> Exit and open it again via Start menu -> Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 -> Intel Software Manager. Click on the 'Licenses' tab. Is the support date now correct? If not, clear the software manager cache by removing the c:\Users\hhaberst\AppData\Local\Intel Corporation\Intel® Software Manager\DataBase\IRC\cache.xml file and do the same again (exit software manager and restart)
