License error

Hello,

I'm currently evaluating the Intel C++ Compiler through the its integration with visual studio 2013 and I am getting the "Error 1 error #10310: Failed to enable trusted storage check for licensing: WARNING: Enable Trusted Storage failed (flexnet error code 20). Trusted Storage based license could not be supported" error.

It seems I need a licensing file to compile to x64 and I was directed to seek such a file in these forums.
