Unfortunately, we don't support Cordova builds (yet) on Windows Phone, so there is no way for you to include ads of any type on the Windows Phone platform with our build system. A future edition of the XDK will support Cordova for Windows Phone. We are unable to provide a date at this time. The "legacy" build is the only way you can currently build for Windows Phone with the XDK, it does not support plugins or extensions like those needed to support ads.
