Access Denied

I am using the Intel XDK version 1621.

All of the sudden I am unable to download my new builds. I tried my IOS Cordova and Android builds and I keep getting this error when trying to download my ipa or apk. The issue applies to both the direct download via the XDK or via email.

I have been struggling with this for the last 2 days, can anyone help me.

Currently, the Intel XDK Build system requires that you login to Intel XDK App Center to access your installable app. Are you still experiencing issues getting to your application?

I am logged in within the XDK and I am still getting the acces denied error. If I try the download link using a browser, I get the login prompt, I login then I get the same error using chrome and with safari I get the following error :

Can you go to this site with your browser and login using your XDK userid and password?
