cannot detect hand tracking (intel realsense camera)

hello, i want to disgust about my problem.

my realsense camera cannot detect hand tracking, if my hand close with the camera about < 1 cm, the camera can detect my finger but not clearly, if i compare with my friend cameras, my infrared light is very dim. please gibe me a solution.
