Activation rights error

Hi,

I registered and downloaded a student licensed copy of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 Update 1. When I attempt to install the software on a Windows 7 machine with the serial number emailed to me, the following error occurred:

"Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number."

I had an older version of the software installed last year, but the evaluation license expired.

Is there any way to install the student version of the software, without performing a clean re-install of my system?

I don't see any license registrations under your email you used here in the forum. Which is the serial number? PLEASE reply using the "Send Author A Message" link to protect confidential data.
