Flex License Manager Server Migration

We are trying to migrate Flex License Manager to new server. We need to make sure existing environments work as well as the new environments in transition period of these licenses smoothly without any interruptions.

1) Can we have current Flex License Manager server as well as the new Flex License Manager work together in the transition time?

2) Is there anyway existing installation work while we try to migrate to new Flex License Manager?

Hi Sunny,

Intel software product licenses can support up to three redundant license host server systems.

The section 3.4 in http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/4087/flex_ug.pdf shows how to setup a redundant server.

You don't have to shutdown the old server after transition completes.
