topic I don't think we can fix this in Software Archive

I don't think we can fix this. Notice that the list of restrictions is exactly the standard names for Windows devices, so I think this is actually a Microsoft limitation. See this doc page, notice that con is a restriction from Microsoft: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/br211441.aspx

The App ID is not something your users will see, it is strictly used by the Windows store to uniquely identify your app. The TITLE of your app is what your users will see.

Your Windows Phone ID is

Your Windows Phone ID is incorrect, but I don't think that is the fundamental source of the problem. See this image for an example of what the two publisher IDs look like in your Windows developer dashboard settings:

I think the real reason for the build failure is your App ID, it starts with "CON" -- here's the image from your build failure. Note the red text below it and the list of disallowed names. This is a Cordova problem that we are working on resolving, for now, it creates a limitation on the App ID:

BTW -- use CLI 5.1.1 for your Windows builds, not CLI 4.1.2.

Marcos, no way to get around this, right now, other than changing the names in your app. As I said, engineering is looking into the issue and, if the fault is our build system, will fix it.
