R200 depth value remains ‘-2’

CPU：4th generation intel CPU

OS: windows 10

The number of the depth value which is located at left bottom was correct, and the value will change if I move the camera.

However, it have been not working well somehow all of a sudden. The depth value remains -2 no matter how i move the camera.

I tried rebooting my computer and re-downloading the SDK. It's not working. :(

Can someone help me out? THX in advance!

Which sample or what code are you using? Is what you're looking at well-lit and well-textured?

What is your camera is it F200 or R200. Keep in mind different cameras have different ranges and when you fall out of the range you may get irregular depth values

It's R200.
