&lt;P&gt;I am not sure why you are getting the Access Denied error on &lt;A href="https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995"&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0066cc"&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;A href="https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995" target="_blank"&gt;https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995&lt;/A&gt; - it should redirect you to the login page if you weren't logged in.&amp;nbsp; After logging in, are you able to view it?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>access denied on support after authenticated</title>

&lt;P&gt;i'm registered on the support. During a problem on my server, the tool said:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please refer &lt;A href="http://software.intel.com/sites/support/" target="_blank"&gt;http://software.intel.com/sites/support/&lt;/A&gt; for more information..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;this url redirects to&amp;nbsp;https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995 but i got:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;H1 class="page__title title" id="page-title" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 30px; line-height: 1.3; color: rgb(83, 86, 90);"&gt;Access denied&lt;/H1&gt;

&lt;SECTION class="l-content-body" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"&gt;
	&lt;P&gt;You are not authorized to access this page.&lt;/P&gt;

	&lt;P&gt;and when going to support portal:&amp;nbsp;https://businessportal.intel.com/irj/portal/IntelPremierSupportUser, i cannot submit a request, because no product is related to my account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;ok it works now, not sure if it is related to your action, or my action by going to registration center, and add my email as Administrator, after owner.&lt;/P&gt;
