topic Uh! That's strange. When I in Software Archive

Uh! That's strange. When I first came to the site earlier today I had to provide my email and name and afterwards the site asked me for a serial number of my product (also I received no mail after submitting the first form). Must have been a bug on the site because shortly after this part of the site went down for a few hours due to maintenance. Now I come back after your comment and register with email and name like before and that's it - no asking for serial number. And I just received the mail!

So thanks, everything is fine.

Serial number

Hello!

I feel a bit stupid, honestly, but I cannot find the serial number of the R200 camera I just received.

The driver and depth camera manager installed without problems. Then I tried to download the SDK from this link:

https://software.intel.com/de-de/intel-realsense-sdk/download

After clicking the SDK download button Intel wants me to register the product with a serial number. I might be overlooking something but I cannot find the serial number neither on the camera itself nor in one of the included documents.

Please enlighten me! ;)

Kind Regards,
