F200 Camera freeze

Hi,

I have a problem with my F200 Camera. It installed without any problem, and everything is at the right place in the device manager. My issue it when the camera starts, it freezes after 5 seconds then stops whatever software I am using : Skype, Faceshift, ...

I have the camera directly plugged into the USB 3.0 (no hub) and I am running on windows 8.1

Any ideas on how to solve this problem would really help ;)

I cannot post the log file as it bugs with Win 8

I tried many times. even reinstalling windows, but still no way to solve this problem. Can I send you the log file maybe ?
