Error saving service binding

Ubuntu 14.04, Intel XDK build version 3357

Every time I try to save the new service method binding ("Create Data Binding" in Explore Services), the IDE throws the following error:

"The service method named common was modified outside the Intel XDK. It will not be overwritten. You can rename the method and save it under a new name."

I'm unable to save new bindings no matter how I rename the method.

Similarly, when I'm trying to delete the method:

Failed to remove the service method code

"The code generated for this service method was not removed from the service-methods.js file. You may remove the code manually if needed. Reason:"

But there is no Reason mentioned.

Maybe there is someone experienced the same problem ?
