I try to create an first test-app which request Products from Amazon.

So I open WebServices, enter my credentials in the GUI and do a Test-Request.

Result is shown in attached image.

What have I to do to get it to work?

This was an error with some libraries that are hosted online for use by the XDK. I have fixed this. Can you please try again and let me know if it is working for you.
