License/support issue

I need to download the Intel License manager to support an Intel XE Composer license for two floating seats. The problem is that it is says my support period has expired... except it has not. My support expires Feb 25, 2016 and it has been renewed.

Who do I contact about this? I tried Intel Premier support, but it says I am not authorized. I tried calling and they gave me an email address that bounces.

Regards,

You can either post there or wait for one of the moderators of this forum to move this thread to that forum.
