      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My system is up to spec as you can see from this photo:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;But I keep getting this error even though the camera is plugged into the USB 3.1 port of the machine. (The other 2 USB 3.0 ports are not working either.)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I've searched the forum, the only advise I've found is "try different ports" or "your processor isn't at least 4th gen". I've tried both of those. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
