Camera ins't getting new frames

Hi guys, Sometimes when I'm executing my program the camera does not catch a new frame, for example, If I'm in front of the camera and camera is recognizing me, but if I get out from the range of the camera and someone comes in front of the camera, the camera does not recognize him/her or the camera recognizes him/her as me.

In order to the camera works well, I would have to wait a time to stay in front of the camera for example:

I'm in front of the camera, and camera is recognizing me, so I get out of the range of the camera,wait 15 seconds for example and other person could stay in front of the camera that the camera will recognize him/her well.

How can I solve this ?
