Cannot download Intel® Parallel Studio XE Beta for Linux* 2017

I have received a mail, dated "Date: 2 Jun 2016 06:15:08 -0700", entitled "Intel® Software Updates Available", with a few download links. One of them is supposed to be the download link for "Intel® Parallel Studio XE Beta for Linux* 2017":

https://registrationcenter.intel.com/Download.aspx?ProductID=2760

But the link points to an error page saying "We are unable to find registrations/downloads matching this request" in red.
