Encrypt *.apk file

I have 2 fairly popular app in Google play. I noticed that my source code stealing and use in their projects. Sometimes they copy the whole source code. Can I encrypt the *.js and *.html in my apk packages?

and it's works perfect for me ! They have the Free Version and Paid version, and even the free version is awesome! (May it will help you!)

Note: You MUST have a Backup of your code, otherwise you will loose the original and you can't recover from the obfuscated code to the original back !
