Linux license rejected

We have two Linux machines (Ubuntu and Suse). We installed Intel parallel Studio XE Beta 2018 on the Ubuntu machine OK. When we try to install it on the Suse machine the license is rejected with the message

So we checked at

https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/license/

and the ethernet addresses for both machines are listed. We resent the license, tried the number again (which was the same), and tried the license file with no luck.
