Three hours after renewing Parallel Studio XE, I still get

Account verification incomplete There is a delay for the final configuration of your support account. Please wait approximately 1 hour and click the same link in the email you received, to complete the configuration.

How long does account verification take??? I'm referred to Premier Support, but apparently, without a verified account I have no access to create a ticket there either...

It's working now; it took 8 hours, then I got another email, and then it worked.
