Registration Center is missing intermediate certificate

As you can see at https://dev.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?viaform=on&d=registrationcenter.intel.com , the registration center is not serving an intermediate certificate. This causes wget to fail under Debian, preventing installation. I had to manually modify the installer with a hex editor to point wget to the downloaded intermediate certiifcate (wget --ca-certificate=/tmp/i.pem or wherever it is) to be able to install your products.
