      <title>Premier Support - expected response time?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I raised a ticket a week ago for a problem with System Studio and have not had any response from Intel - apart from the automated acknowledgement of the ticket. What is the expected response time for a Premier Support ticket? I couldn't find any information about SLAs.&lt;/P&gt;
