Cannot reinstall Parallel Studio XE

Hello

I purchased Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for C++ Windows 2 July 2015.

And I tried to reinstall on my PC today but the activation process did not work.

Why???????

The serial number is no longer valid???????

I don't understand........

Help me please.
