Unable to Add Serial Number in Intel Software Manager

I have problems adding a serial number in Intel Software Manager inside Visual Studio 2013 on my new laptop and not on old laptop.

The new laptop has Windows10 as OS, while the old has Windows7. This is the only difference as far as I can see.

Could anyone assist me in this?
