TBB License Doubt!

Hi,

I am using Flow Graph from Intel TBB in my commercialized application, and I don't want to disclosed it to outside. And I am quite confusing about the GPL license of TBB, I have done some searches and there are a lot of debate about it.

So, my question is :

Is it legal to use TBB (without modifying) in a commercialized project?

If not, where should I contact to get commercialized license?

Intel cannot provide legal advice or interpretation on third party GPL licensing. You will need to consult with your corporate legal counsel to see if your usage of the open source TBB package qualifies under the GPL licensing.
