Intel RealSense always shows "Software not running properly" after install Scratch extension SDK

I have an issue while using RealSense for Scratch, it always show "Web Runtime is either missing or not properly installed. Please restart PC after installation even all the installation is correct" I tried several times but got the same result. Anyone got the same problem ?

Hi guys,

Please try the following:

1. Uninstall RealSense dcm (driver) and RealSense Runtime.

2. Install the last version of dcm from here: Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera Manager

3. Install RunTime from Scretch website.
