Please restart PC after installation even all the installation is correct" I tried several times but got the same result. &amp;nbsp;Anyone got the same problem ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please try the following:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Uninstall RealSense dcm (driver) and RealSense Runtime.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Install the last version of dcm from here: &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25044/Intel-RealSense-Depth-Camera-Manager"&gt;Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera Manager&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Install RunTime from &lt;A href="https://intel-realsense-extension-for-scratch.github.io/"&gt;Scretch website&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
