These instructions for Android In In-App Billing are no longer valid: https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/article/iap-in-intel-xdk

The com.smartmobilesoftware.inappbilling plugin is no longer available to be added through the "Cordova plugin registry".

Is this plugin still the recommended way to do In-App Billing on Android with the IntelXDK? Should I instead now add this plugin through the "Git repo" option?

It seems to work if you add it through the "Git repo" option, using the URL: https://github.com/poiuytrez/AndroidInAppBilling.git

It also requires you add the "BILLING_KEY" variable / parameter when adding the plugin with the value of the Base64-encoded RSA public key found in the Google Play Store under the "Services & APIs" tab for your app.
