VTune license doesn't work

I have a studioxe 2016 with license servers for 20 seats. The compilers work just fine, but VTune claims that it cannot find a valid license. I verified that it is contacting the license server and requesting the 'PerfAnl' feature. The license server logs claim that the license server does not support this feature, but my license file clearly shows 'PerfAnl' as one of the components. I need VTune to work. What is going wrong?
