We are implement R200 into existing 7" tablet and is occured bad performance about 17FPS due to poor thermal result.
It's planed to enhance thermal at once we get your suggestion hereunder:

According to Doc#565284, Could you please let us what ambient temperature is for Ch. 8-4 testing result as Component Case Temperature Limits is 60~61 even 95 degreeC on ASIC?
What maximum working time of R200 and what ambient temperature is advised?
What maximum operating temperature is and minimum working time?
how long can be dissipated to maximum operating ambient from storage temperature 65degreeC is advised?
