change server host data for an older floating license

Hello,

I would need to transfer our FlexLM license server for an Intel® Visual Fortran Compiler PE 2-Seat floating license to a new host.

Since this is an older license, and the serial number is no longer recognized, I cannot go through the registration center.

Am I at the right address for some help with this matter?
