I was wondering if I could use the Joint tracking feature to find the skeleton of figurines that range in size from 10 to 36 in. Is this possible?

In theory it is possible, although I reckon they are using real world measurements to get better tracking, so a small figure would not fit their algorithm. Or maybe it works. It depends on the actual implementation.

So, just test it. If it works, great. If it doesn't, you can still do it yourself with the raw data.
