The RealSense SDK installer checks two dlls( mf.dll and mfplat.dll). Could you check these dlls are accessible in PATH after you installed the media pack? Please also send us the installation log. This log can be found @%temp%\micl_tmp_<username>. Thanks!

Here is the short guide on

Here is the short guide on installing Media Feature pack on Windows 10:

First, please check your Windows version following the instruction: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/which-operating-system

Look for "Version" value.

If it is "1511", you run Windows 10 November Update. Here is the Media Feature Pack for you: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49919

if there is no "Version" field, you more probably run originally released Windows 10. Here is the Media Feature Pack for your Windows version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231

Hope this guide helps.
