Parallel Studio XE Version 16 installation failure

Installation of Intel Parallel Studio XE failed.

Error message is: "package signature verification failed"

Didn't work. Still can't install Parallel Studio.

Any suggestions?

Which parts of the solution did you try? What is the exact filename of the installer you are using?

Both immediately report: "package signature verification failed"

Please send the following 4 screenshots.

1) Right click on the installer, choose Properties, choose "Digital Signatures" tab, click on the certificate, and then click "Details". This should open a "Digital Signature Details" dialog. Here, click "View Certificate", and send a screenshot of this dialog.

2) On the same dialog, click the "Certification Path" tab, and send a screenshot.

3) Back on the "Digital Signature Details", click "Details" at the bottom. This should open a second "Digital Signature Details" dialog. Send a screenshot of this dialog.

4) On the second "Digital Signature Details" dialog, click "View Certificate". Go to the "Certification Path" tab here, and send a screenshot.

Hi,

I have a problem related very closely to the one described above. On trying to install Parallel studio 2017 update 1 to a Windows 7 Enterprise PC, I receive the error message: 'package signature verification failed'. I have tried re-downloading the software and different versions. I have also manually downloaded and installed the certificates as recommended, and they both appear to be in the correct location, but I still receive the message. When I look at the digital signature details by right-clicking on the installation file, I am told 'The certificate is not valid for the requested range'. I see a request was made above for more detailed screenshots - would this be useful? How should I go about solving this problem?

Please don't resurrect old, dead threads. We at Intel have a system in place to allow us to get to new questions in an efficient and timely fashion; when you post a new question on a thread from years ago, it messes with that system.
