Cannot find drivers for SR300 VF0810

Hi,

I just received the SR300 new model (VF0810, this is the Creative Blasterx senz3D I think, although there is no creative logo on mine).

I'm using Windows 10 AU x64.

I'm stuck with the cam because Windows 10 has no built-in drivers for it and I can't install the SR300 Camera Driver v3.2.26.6137 because it doesn't detect any realsense camera on my computer :(

Under device manager, I can see the BlasterX Senz3D under audio controllers, but it's using a generic usb audio driver. I can't see anything under imaging controllers, but when I plug the camera, some extra devices appear under "Human interface devices" so I assume this really is a driver issue.

Can someone help me please ?

After all I can't see why windows doesn't detect any imaging device, maybe it's a faulty hardware ?

Problem solved here, the issue came from my USB3 controller (VIA motherboard chipset) which needed a firmware upgrade.
