It is implicitly understood that librealsense will work with homogeneous camera systems (since mixing architecture is the more difficult case). You can use as many R200 cameras on a single PC as the USB host controller can manage (6-8 for powerful i7 systems).

Hi,

Has anyone tried using multiple R200 (or SR300) on single PC?

I found there is an multi camera support in "librealsense" , but it say only when heterogenous? (one R200 and one SR300 for example)

I'm plannig to use multiple R200 at the same time, then I'm wondering if I have multiple USB 3.0 port , multi-camera system would work on one single PC .

or Do I need seperate CPU for each RealSense?

My final goal is to have multiple R200 on single-board-computer so trying to figure out the feasibility.
