Failed downloading intel XDK in between!

I tried downloading intel XDK. First time it failed after downloading like 22 MB. But second time I tried logging in and then too failed after downloading over 133 MB. Both the time same error was displayed: Failed - Forbidden. I need help to complete the download of intel XDK.

Getting the error while

Getting the error while dowloading Intel XDK for Windows7 from link https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-xdk :

'xdk_web_win_master_3987.exe Failed - Forbidden'

Tried downloading the tool after logging into Intel, but the same error.

Can you please give the solution to download Intel XDK tool? Kindly help out.
