Splash Screen is not displayed

Good morning!
I have a problem with the Splash Screen plugin. I've add all pictures on the "Launch Icons and Splash Screens" and yet does not display the splash screen when you start the application.

can anybody help me?

You will only see the splash screen if you build the app and run a built app. The splash screen will not be displayed in App Preview or when using the Debug or Emulate tabs. To confirm that you can see a splash screen, try building the "hello cordova" sample, it contains a splash screen that works.
