    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you uninstalled the old XDK that was having problems, did you delete everything and then pull this installer from the Intel® website? Try to delete the current installer you have and pull again from the following link &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-xdk"&gt;https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-xdk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, follow the instructions here to completely remove everything from the old version of XDK if you still are having issues. It could be that there are some residuals left of the old XDK that are causing problems with your current install. &amp;gt;&lt;A href="https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/faqs/general#uninstall-xdk"&gt;https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/faqs/general#uninstall-xdk&lt;/A&gt; &amp;lt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I uninstalled Intel XDK because of an issue I was having, however now when I try to install it again it gives me the following error,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" src="https://i.gyazo.com/7a65332992877d368243fa7d706d94cc.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I allowed through the firewall, I closed everything then run it as administrator and still I am getting the above error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
